This 42-page book is available free to diabetes specialist centres or health professionals working directly with adults newly-diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Thanks to Abbott Diabetes Care for their generous support of the printing and distribution of the Kits since 2005. For the diabetes centre order form, click here .

Other centres or individuals wishing to obtain copies of the Starter Kit, will need to purchase them.
